so judging bythe 10,000+ people at hyde park is corona over now?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Expect a spike in London cases in the next 7-10 days
----------------------------------------------------------------------
doubt it, it's done and burned out. London hasn't even recorded over 100 coronavirus cases in a day for a month
saw no spike from VE or recent beach weekends over the last few weeks
we've consistently been under 2k new cases a day for the last week now so constant/consistent decline despite more testing, testing 90k people a day on average now and still dropping
Be interesting to know how much doctors/care home workers/nurses etc make up of the positive tests
Imagine by end of month we should be under 1,000 new cases a day and we'll be under 100 deaths a day

sounds more like the hospitals fault though

as i said it seems like the majority of these new cases ae in hospitals / care homes not so much in the community which is a good sign

High death rate again today, the Gov nice little graph showing a declining number is starting to go the other way.
Over 200 of them in hospitals as well.

It has to be said...Weston General does not have a good rep
My Mrs used to work there years ago, & it's always been a poor relation & has been almost dumped onto bigger trusts like Bristol & Taunton almost as a satellite station, & whistleblowing is not a new thing within their doors
Personally I've been in there twice, to have stitches in my lip (squash accident) and when i broke my ankle (football) & had very positive experiences
Also went for a shoulder xray some months ago...was literally in & out in 20 minutes...& had free parking
