But yeah agree I definitely wanna see us go for something more attacking against weaker teams, especially if CHO isn’t RWB

Defence and general structure has looked good at least. But we won’t be able to rely on being clinical from minimal chances for long. Like how Spurs did well for a while because Kane and Son were scoring from every chance.

The expensive attackers need to step up.

Well there’s likely 3 attackers in this team with a 3atb setup

Right now it’s Mount Werner Giroud/Tammy
In theory Havertz can occupy either of those 3 positions. I don’t really know much about his false 9 days but it’s somewhere he enjoyed success at his last club.

I’m not concerned about his position in that sense. If he doesn’t make the team, it’s because he’s not a good enough player to start for Chelsea. Rather than because of not fitting in to the formation.

Ziyech/Pulisic maybe have more of a case of being a square peg in a round hole if he likes to be further wide. But if they play well enough (as we know they can) they’ll force their way into the team and make TT reconsider the formation.

Speaking of games in hand, Swansea can go top of the championship if they win theirs. Big Marc Guehi in the PL next season with a team he’s pretty much guaranteed to start for would be lovely.
