And with Pullisic injured or badly out of form it means Werner has to play in spite of his lack of goals.
It's ironic given Werner's poor finishing, but despite that he is still our biggest attacking threat.

Arguably we'd be better off if Tuchel didnt care about results and focused entirely on setting up for next year

Yep. II was thinking this a few weeks back when Biggish said it's all about results. I just want to watch us play some good football.

I said it from the club's perspective, not mine, just to be clear.

Nice escape clause
We've had some better play than before. By no means scintillating
Not sure what Tuchel's playing at, has had over three weeks
They've signed Will Grigg. He is not on fire.
Might visit Sunderland, seems a lovely place

I have no idea if he is a good manager or not, but his analysis of our team is spot on.
I think it's pretty obvious he's a good manager. Just how good remains to be seen. I did enjoy seeing the frustrated side on display yesterday though. Shows he recognizes and cares that we were awful.

According to the Sunday World, Granovskaia is willing to shell out £172million for Borussia Dortmund duo Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland.
The pair are being tracked by Manchester United and were each subject of bids last year.
Chelsea are set to go full stream ahead and try to bring them both to Stamford Bridge - especially if Dortmund fail to secure Champions League football as they are struggling in the Bundesliga.

Chelsea to splash the cash!
According to several reports in Germany, Chelsea are set to go on a £250million spree after planning a raid on the Bundesliga yet again.
Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho are expected to be the two prioritie signings for new boss Thomas Tuchel, with Dortmund and several other Bundesliga sides struggling for funds due to the pandemic, most noteably Bayern Munich.
There is also speculation that the Blues will make moves for long standing targets Denis Zakaria and Matthias Ginter.

Apparently we want Bayern’s CB too
Sule would be pretty good signing to go for and not unrealistic

Never heard of him is he on SULE?
But him get ALABA free?
Reads like you’re speaking Pidgin
He’s 6”5 220 lbs and German though what more do you want
Serious though is meant to be one of the elite young CB talents, and has been good for club and country but this last season has had injuries. Apparently form has dropped a bit (the whole Bayern defence has been leaking goals more than usual). With Upamecano coming in and the German connection I’m sure TT could sell a good game to someone like Sule to be main starter for us
