Hoping like last year will only last a week or two then ease off, usually (Fingers crossed same again) I don’t take anything for it I just try ride it out and let body adjust naturally then it tends to stop

That's brave. Usually effects me the whole of June. There are a lot of Rape Seed fields in Essex and they harvest them in June.

Month isn’t too bad though, I use to get it for like 3-4 months when I was younger that’s why I gave up with the hay fever tablets as they didn’t really do anything and was just popping pills every morning and night for essentially nothing apart from a bit of a reduction in symptoms, just stops your body getting use to it naturally

Wonder what causes it in general like why loads of people don’t get it

my eyes get itchy n dry but i cannot do eyes drop thingy as my eyelids always shut tite b4 can get the drops in

Usually make sure I up my water intake to about 7-8 litres too helps clear everything with that extra litre/two

One positive of hay fever is your body should be in defense mode too and increase antibodies so might give bit of extra protection against the C-Vid
