i think mount, despite more productive, has been worse than last year...might be unpopular but hes in and out of games and then will grab a goal. Rather than be the attacking dynamo he was last year

Feel like Alonso’s ultra slow one dimensional play sets the tone. Of course everyone needs to step up but he kills so much of the play. There’s no organic flow.

I wonder if Ziyech would serve a purpose as well

yep, plus means the oppostion can overload the other areas and we struggle to break them down. How often does it seem we're outnumbered ? because they leave alonso in 20/30 yards of space.

It'd be a start.... But I'd still be looking to replace both of those if they don't improve
