Daily mail - Roman Abramovich has avoided sanctions on his 430 million superyacht Solaris by two days, having left Spain for Montenegro.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Surely he's going to park them all in Russia?

In all seriousness - when you include the £3bn write off for Chelsea, the collapsing of Evraz, the likely confiscation of his European properties over coming months, and the fact the West is trying to pivot from Russian energy...

It's hard to imagine him having even a quarter of his wealth.

Don't get me wrong, still loaded and hardly a victim, but pretty incredible loss making.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree, although apparently a lot of Russian money was already in Gold whch has soared and has in the past weeks moved into unregulated crypto
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They keep saying he's had all his UK assets frozen I can't imagine what he's got in the UK... Does he even still have property here
----------------------------------------------------------------------

£150m Kensington house mate
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Which frankly is next to nothing...in his world
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It's still a heavy chunk of change - even for him

#Chelsea were on Saturday pleading with the Government to lift the ban on them signing players or extending contracts amid fears it could leave them with a major defensive crisis next season.

Too late... You've already engaged... Also that type of money (or a house) doesn't represent everybody at 1.5% of total wealth

Jesus Christ these journalists are morons. Does every other club need to be crippled as well then? No because that would be ridiculous just like this is. Chelsea football club is not Roman Abramovich and it should be pretty to easy to prove funds don’t go to him

I’ll take a United win here and against Arsenal and a Spurs win against Arsenal and that effectively renders all three of them as irrelevant to league table wise.

That would just prove once and for that the whole thing’s a sham. If Abramovich is removed from the club and he’s the one being sanctioned then what reason would they have to continue going after a football club?
