Weird that we can't beat Utd at Old Trafford post Fergie. And they've given us some drubbings as well. Fook that, time for some revenge
We hardly ever beat Liverpool or Arsenal either.
So many draws between us and Liverpool in recent games
We are the only PL team with a winning record vs Ferguson.
Sadly, we have not sustained it.
TJ is right, the wall of shame versus Arsenal (especially at home!) and Liverpool are also damning.
Only thing more embarassing is our Wembley record. Not won a final in six years there

Slightly more acceptable given that they're actually good. Utd have been all over the shop post Fergie though, so no win in 10 years is unacceptable. Especially as we've had title and CL winning teams in that time.

We're in danger of becoming Spursy-esque serial bottlers on the big occasion. That shlt needs to be nipped in the bud asap.
We are now that bang average team...
Maybe...just maybe Nkunku can hit the ground running & get some goals...& maybe just maybe we can hav a sustained period where nobody gets injured & we don't have fackin bainfart red cards
Just maybe
I'd like to know what repercussions there are going to be for the ref for awarding a penalty against us when the ball clearly hit Colwill's head ?? Does he even get a talking to about that ?? Or just nothing at all ?? I fear it's the latter.
It's definitely the latter
Maybe send him one of these:

If you want a serious answer - when I watch Gary Neville's youtube video where he visited the ref's headquarters...
The PGMOL have an analyst for each game who goes through literally every decision and ticks whether it was a correct call or a bad call - everything from a throw-in in the eighth minute to a last minute pen.
They then go through the game with the referee on a Monday and the referee submits explanations where he makes large errors.
This is all quite sound but the problem is I see no consequences form messing up, which makes all of it a bit of a waste of time.
They also appear to learn nothing.

Holy sheet dude - that sounds like exactly what they should be doing, but as you said seems nothing comes from it and the happy little circle jerk continues. Need to see some affirmative action from this stuff, as well as public scrutiny/3rd party intervention

That’s interesting. I was not aware of this. It does give me some hope, although as you say there are no real consequences for being bad, and they don’t seem to learn from their mistakes.
I think the biggest improvements could be made with VAR though. I am probably in the minority as I still want to persist with VAR in spite of all the horrific errors. But my feeling is that it’s not the technology that’s at fault, but the implementation of the technology. In my opinion, refs should be taken out of the equation with VAR - it should be placed in the hands of technology experts. They would be quicker and more accurate with their use of the technology, and if in doubt of the interpretation of the rules they can ask the infield ref to go to the screen.
I do have a theory about our disciplinary issue. I remember when we played Spurs in the Battle of the Bridge, when Spurs were fortunate not to have had 3 or 4 players sent off. Pochettino was the Spurs manager. I think he gets his players worked up into a frenzy, and while that can translate into hard work and a never-say-die attitude, it can also cross the line into ill-discipline. Almost all his ex-players talk about how much they love him and would do anything for him, and he does create great camaraderie and teamwork, which is definitely what we need after the past passionless couple of years. But I thought it was telling after the Newcastle game when Pochettino talked about some players needing to learn more of the “dark arts”. I do like to see us playing with passion, but we also need to temper it with some common sense, and I worry about the lack of common sense in some of our players. Is James the leader we really want? Gallagher? I actually think Chilwell is more sensible, albeit he’s rarely available. But we don’t have a lot of leaders in our team.
Actually seems a bit hotheaded as well lol

Gotta remember refs seem to hate us as well. I don’t think any of the other so called big teams get a red for Gallaghers two tame tackles
In negotiations for more than 6 months to extend the adventure at AC Milan, Mike Maignan has not yet reached an agreement.
Chelsea, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and PSG are monitoring the situation of the 28-year-old goalkeeper whose value is estimated at more than €70m.
