Only saw the second half but loved that back 3'ish hybrid thing which pushed Enzo into the no.10 w/Palmer, I wondered if Marseca would try something like this with Caicedo (who makes this work) this season, cos it's very Pep lol. Everyone had two clear passing options all the way through the build up to the goal, no stalling on the ball.

Wanna see more of that to know whether it just took Villa off guard, or if a player like Caicedo means Marseca's stumbled onto a powerful formula for this team.

Honestly don't think Palmer was in my top 5, good game, great goal but the likes of Lavia,Moises and Cucu to name 3 I thought were better
