Three seasons in PL vs Brentford

H) lost 1-4, lost 0-2, lost 0-2
A) won 1-0, drew 0-0, drew 2-2

Why are they our kryptonite now ? I remember watching the Chelsea reserves play at Brentford's little old ground Griffin Park thinking what a shlt hole. Little could I imagine back then that a decade or so later they'd be in the PL beating us and drawing against us regularly lol

Because we were bad before this season for a few season?

Crazy that we're half way through the season and we don't have a shirt sponsor. Probably in a better position now to get a better deal.

I read that the keeper isn't looking to move & the winger has three year left

We would also then need a wholesale clear out of keepers as well & possibly a winger out on loan probs Muds

If Mudryk has any chance to have a top level playing career he has to go out on loan or be sold. And that loan needs to be a club that will play him every week, which is going to be a bottom 4 PL team or Championship team

I think Mudryk is doing well in Conference League and improving but that's because it's about his level

Agree with Biggish he needs a loan next season which will define his long term future imo

Aside from Shamrock Rovers on TNT Sports, I don't think any of our games are broadcast over Christmas window in the UK. Which is weird but also reflects lower ranked opposition.

In fairness we have been on a lot recently. If we come out the other side of the hectic Xmas fixture programme still the nearest challenger to Liverpool, then think we will be in a lot again.

It's a Thursday night football thing. Follow up game is Sunday or Monday & Sky show three of them. Slightly increased odds for big teams getting on tele

If the 3pm blackout ever gets scrapped, this will change those dynamics I imagine.
