Jackson would make a good winger - you could expect him to create chances because of his pace, and he’d score a few too. Sancho does lots of pretty stepovers and inside out moves but doesn’t have enough of an end product.
To be fair to Madueke - he should have had a couple of assists today. That wasn’t his fault

Yeah I think he'd be way more productive as a winger. With a clinical striker up front and Palmer behind him I think we'd win far more games than we are right now. Just need that clinical striker to make it work.

And Maresca needs to be brave enough to take Palmer off when he gets tired.

Yeah, we should've bought Samu in the Gallagher deal instead of Felix. Nkunku probably still gets shipped out, but maybe gets more minutes as a 10 and who knows.

and then a few on 1.

Need another goalscorer to share the burden with Palmer and Jackson. Even if we could get Gyokeres you'd still only have two goal threats in the 11, which is not enough.

If we brought in Gyokeres and moved Jackson wide we'd probably have three players in the side scoring plenty of goals. Works for me.

Whether it's Gyokeres, Samu or whoever we need to bring in a striker who can help score the goals we need and be clinical up top. Don't think that can be denied anymore.

I mean, I think it can in the sense there are plenty other problems too.

I think we only need top 5 this year for CL

He'd of been plan B + a lot more valuable to our squad balance than Felix is.

He was the initial swap target for Gallagher, we settled for Felix after it fell through.

Cool player to watch. He's gunna be in the PL soon, that physicality wasted playing anywhere else.

3 points from these games is a disgrace. In all those games the 1st half performances have been good followed by pathetic 2nd half displays. Feels similar to how Spurs collapsed last season.
