For me it doesn't matter how much contact there was, Terry clearly had the intention of injuring Alexis because he was playing well, why else would he put his knee up like that? Well that's cheating! Mark him like a man, don't try to kick him out of the game! Can people not see this?
Melton from replay at the time I really didn't see it as a red. And seeing it again at halftime I see that it's intentional obviously but barely violent content. Stupid of terry yes but I remember gallas doing something similar to nani when he was playing for us. Had he been sent off I'd have thought it harsh. Anyway agree to disagree I'm clearly in a minority.
