If Levy is such a great chairman then why did he reject £40M for an average player like Modric, refuse to spend any serious money in the last 4 transfer windows and sanction the departures of the likes of Corluka and Pienarr when your squad is crap. Did I mention he rejected £40M for Modric?

Modric baffles me. I just don't get why everyone wants him. He's a good playmaker but never really scores many goals. To say he's worth 40 million is laughable.
