What about Ronald McDonald or Mike Bassett?

On a serious not, I can't see the board sacking him unless you go down. They like that he will work in the small budget they seem to have set and I can't see to many people queing up to take over on those constraints!

By the way I don't think you will go down either even if you don't get another point, QPR look doomed to me!

Spot on bcfc....he will have to work with a small budget if he stays....because nobody will go to see the shiiite he has his teams playing....season tickets will NOT sell'
Maybe if Roy gets the England job the baggies might take him....then he could do the west midlands treble

Fellas, I see Martinez working on a small budget and thumping top teams, I see Moyes working on a budget smaller than ours and pipping the red half of the city. It is not so much the budget (we all saw MON buy a certain type of player and play a certain way) as the intention and style which is important. There are Sunday league teams who try and play more football than we do.

Which brings up the next job, which candidate would have the balls to get rid of all the dross we have and buy some young, exciting players?

Personally, I'd hunt down Martinez/Lambert.

Its Paul Lambert for me and is very likely from what I understand.

McDonut knows he's history. That Bolton Game was it for him, if he didn't know how much he wasn't wanted before, he did at the final whistle. Lerner may have said he backed him but only until the end of the season. Fair enough, he should've been sacked months ago but we'll have to tolerate this clown for only 2 more games.

Attendances are appalling for home games and all those tickets unsold have hit Lerner and the board hard. It'll only get worse if McLoser stays on next season. Fans just won't pay to watch McLoser's shiiite football. END OF.

I'd happily take Martinez or Lambert next season. Martinez may end up at Spurs though but Lambert's done a cracking job for Norwich. With almost zero budget and with players who play above and beyond for him which is EVERYTHING our young players need to progress. A great man manager. Lambert also has youth and ambition and we really need a manager that can guide us for the next 5 - 10 years and create a legacy.

That could be Lambert.

With Lerners knowledge of English football...he'll probably sign Kean

Lets face it, Lerner couldn't get a more useless manager than McLoser. Unless he went all out for Ian Dowie !

It still stupefies me he was chosen, and paid so much. He's really done well cutting costs by doing ..... what exactly?

I applied for the job six years ago but they gave it to some clown called Martin O'Neill - anyway, my CV is on file and if your reading Randy I would quite happily do the job for £100k a year - go on Randy, you know you want to give me the job

And I will happily employ anyone from JA606 in my backroom team

Martinez for me!
Worked miracles at wigan with little money and unfashionable players, just what we need!
Premiership survival almost secured thanks to other clubs,Mcleish leaving in a few weeks and the deadwood being chopped,.....things look positive for the first time in almost two years!

Martinez looks likely to leave Wigan in the summer, would be a good choice for villa but he may get a bigger offer.

As for lambert again would be a good choice but will he see it as a sideways step.

Quite a few good managers around who might take the job. Any of them would be worth a go. I'd go for Curbs; proven ability and experience in the PL, may come across as quiet but he's ambitious. I think he'd make a lot of what Villa have to offer. But wouldn't be unhappy if Martinez or one of the others got it.
