Hopefully. Not crazy about us going into the game with only one prop but I'm sure mossup and hock will step up. Just need to tie up rangi chase and Danny Orr while keep peppering mathers with high balls (hes good for two knock ons a game!). Hopefully wigan by 16
From an outsider looking in.....................I've got to say I have always had a soft spot for Castleford...they remind me of South's where they always seem to have a go but fall short come the final siren....
So this is where all the cool kids are hanging out is it.
I'll take a wigan win, might be a bit light in the pack though!!

i sense a disappointment for u westy.
Richards now out the game. Could be closer still now
Wigan now level, flat atmosphere funny day for a game, suppose they are getting the one back owed,
Bet they are glad they are only playing Quins saturday, looks like they have rotated to manage the short turnround
Happy with the win. Was always gonna be a slog when the rain started. Very happy with mossop and charnley. I do wish someone would tie our wingers feet to the touchline though as they tend to drift in, leaving a gap on the outside
Chris, when I was a young fellow a few times I played wing and even though they/we are told to stick to the side-line it is very difficult to do if the attack drags the centres in towards the middle.
What you say is correct but it can be hard to stick to coaches orders and leave a massive gap inside you.
It's like a magnet pulling you in.....cheers
I get that souths, sliding defence only works if everyone slides the same way! Was a rather disjointed performance with a few changes due to the short turnaround this week. Bet your hoping inglis plays as well as yesterday for the rest of the year!
For sure Chris, yes Inglis did play good.....very good.
He has been getting back to his old self slowly but surely over the last month, unfortunately the backs are only as good as the forwards can get over the top of the opposition and we are struggling big time with injuries to the forwards we get Lowe back this week and hopefully Luke Burgess can re-produce his first game effort for us again where he went well.
Cheers
Great performance from Cas considering their level of injuries. Wigan didn't look comfortable when cas ran at them.A couple of questionable decisions by the VR took the gloss of things and left cas with no points but surely they can take a lot out of their performance. Looked good enough to stay in the eight.
Wigan didn't look like the top team but the table doesn't lie.
atkinsong----------, it's a good team that can get the 2-points in 2nd gear against any team.
I'd like to see Castleford sneak into the top 8 for there loyal supporters who have been doing it tough over the years.

Say what you mean sonny ........................... Wigan aided by the officials cheated their way to another victory. That tackling technique designed to injure should be banned, and would be if used by any other team than the goons
Insidious..............this tackling technigue you speak of, is this the one where 2 players are holding onto a player standing up and a third comes driving in with his shoulder to an unpretected region of the body.....
Thats the one, rat boy is usually the third man attacking the knees. The technique should be banned and will be when any other team uses it, but its wigan so in the eyes of the rfl its ok so far
tell us about senior and mathers.
i like that one.
