What was your day?
They've changed the test so that you can't just regurgitate the answers now.

i failed it twice. because i couldn't be αrsed to read the book.
^I hope you paid for it yourself
That is pïss easy, now we have to learn the entire highway code to answer 50 questions. Personally, I do not believe that it is fair.

i paid for the book myself, if that helps.
i'll have you know i was 20 at the time. and my dad offered.
To be frank, the test was easy and I have no idea how I failed.
The content of the theory test should be common sense - anyone who fails it probably shouldn't be on the road anyway.
There are many people currently on the roads that probably would fail to pass their theory test.

The most worrying thing to me is how many on
the roads that would fail an eye test.

Yeah, one of my questions was on something about that.
"There are many people currently on the roads that probably would fail to pass their theory test."
Completely true.
I suspect most would fail the 'practical test' too - and as Sir Thomas points out an alarmingly high number would fail an eye test, and no small number would fail a breath test of an evening too.
People really don't take driving very seriously in my opinion. They take it for granted, and for many they assume it is their 'right' to be on the road. TheTossers.

.................
90% of people on the roads were caused by accidents.
nevermind henryscat give it a decade and a google car will be driving you back from the pub
Really, if I dedicate more time to learning the Highway Code, I'll pass pretty easily. I was only a few marks off and got 68/75 for my hazard perception.
you destroyed the hazard perception but failed the multiple choice?!
I know. Ridiculous isn't it? Don't know how that happened.
If you put the effort in, you pass it. Simple.
