Can I just point out what a fantastic article this is?
Thx pals, I'd go with Drogba first. He is better and gives us a bigger chance of winning
If there was ever a game to play both? One's in form, other practically considers Wembley his local rec.
With regards to Torres's mental stability, this is abit of an all or nothing. If Nando was to score a goal today, with a performance to match a convincing win, he'll have chiseled off a massive load. If he has another sub standard performance against Pool, he could very easily relapse again.
That club has a hold over him atm, no question.
play both run at them down their left flank and through the middle. Carragher cant turn, skirtel has mastered the art of fouling and i dont think they have a right back worthy of the name.
Please, please wipe that stupid grin off queen benny,s face and send him home to sink a case of his favourite red wine!
The latter. If we wanted both we should have experimented with it beforehand
And we have done in the long-term past..which didn't work
Not against this lot you did,nt. It will work and if you push Lamps up just behind to pick up the bits you cannot fail. Unless that is you pick the wrong one at right back and JT loses the plot with that little diving piece of.........
Lampard has never played well that advanced and has recently been playing very wells in a deeper position No need to change that and force Mata out wide.
Drogba for me. he is the man for these big occasions.
Silky - If you push Lampard up behind Drogba and Torres. Where does Mata play? Is this a diamond you're on about? Think about it properly.
of course Drogba. no doubt about it
It will be:
------------------------------------Cech----------------------------
Bosingwa--------------Ivanovic-----Terry-------------Cole
---------------------------Mikel----------Lampard---------------
------Ramires------------------Mata---------------Kalou-------
---------------------------------Drogba-----------------------------
I think that Luiz and Cahill are still injured so if the starting line-up is any different from that I´ll eat my hat.
If it is one or the other then given the injured players we are missing in defense, it has to be Drogba to start.
I would like to see us use both at some stage though, look how it works for Newcastle.............
torres instead of Kalou it's worth trying
It's worth trying in the league. Not in this game tho.
Torres will be a much bigger asset to the team then Kalou
Torres has proved that he can be a team player and maybe the link up between Mata, Torrres and Drogba could prove to be lethal
Now i said that Kalou will score
I think kalou contributes far more for the team as a whole. Torres is not a left winger. We should go with the best available team and that has Torres on the bench.
^ cannot disagree with that first sentence anymore than I do right now.
