Firstly the Tax case covers from 2001. So where did you get 20 years from? David Murray paying money into Rangers is not cheating. If it is Man City, Chelsea Real Madrid, Barca. I could go on and on with more clubs that you say have 'cheated'.

Secondly we aren't up on any fraud charges are we? The Tax Case is a civil one, not criminal. EBT's were legal. It's only the manner in which it was used that is being argued.

Thirdly we haven't lost the Tax Case or do you propose to find us liable before the result? If so please explain why?
