Strong rumours kicking about that Bert and Earnie are lining up a triple swoop with big bird
i think theyve probably taken more than 11.2m from Rangers themselves.

It's over. Rangers will be liquidated in a matter of weeks if not days. No newco will emerge to play in the spl next season, there's no time.
I predict a season without Rangers then a watered down version will appear in the SFL the following season.

Why would that be the only offer they can accept?
=======================
I meant it was the only offer they did accept.......from Miller.
TBK/BK offered less than half that!!!
IMO they need to offer at least £10m for any hope of a CVA, no time to barter with wages back to 100% in 3 weeks and SPL/SFA will need to sort out fixtures soon for next season.

heard that rumour, better hurry tho, shergars bids already in

A guy called Jack has offered some magic beans...
How does that add up though? Millers bid was 11.2m and he reckoned it was not financially viable so surely any bid would have to be considerably less than this?
===================
TBK/BK want a CVA though, therefore they need to agree this with creditors for their plan to happen. They will not get a CVA for less than that if the FTT dismisses the appeal IMO.
If BM thinks its not financially viable for the £11.2m to do a CVA & then pump in the required funds to take the club forward.........I fail to see how TBK/BM offering £5m for a CVA & getting knocked back is going to help anyone.
As I said, if they REALLY want to stop liquidation they need to make an offer D&P think the creditors will accept. The sort of offers touted by TBK/BM fall well short of this hence they did not get preferred bidder status.
