i think they should reintroduce straight knockout with no seeding.
that way spurs can knock arsenal out in the first round instead of having to wait

no we wont. if chelsea win the thing then all 4 teams go straight into the group stages.

If Chelsea wins they will enter as 4th placed team.
top 3 and chelsea would go straight to knockouts
