Andy Carrott - You are right, he is a Rangers fan, and nothing wrong with that ( ish )
But you think in the current situation, the BBC could do a bit better than roll out the Big Lurch to plead for his old club.
Very lazy, but we should expect nothing less I guess

who would you have gone for to fill this 20 sec spot?
Irrefutable proof that the Beeb don't like the timmies and has a pro rangers agenda. Only in Scotland!
Irrefutable proof blah blah blah. Funny how you read that into my post.
My point is that the BBC have very lazy incompetent journos.
But if this gets you feeling good about yourself, fill yer boots.
And enjoy Sunday.
I can read your mind Larbert Bhoy without the medium of the internet
They're not very chummy the now Larbert
However, Kennedy stressed: "Financially, a newco doesn't work unless you can write a cheque for £35m to compensate for the absence of European football.

Another blow to the theoretical genius that is, 'daviecooper1'

Has anybody told Mitre yet???
Listen feckwit.
You have been shown the error of your ways more times than Nakamura dived.
It is absolutely correct that a substantial amount of money would be required to be invested.
We were promised the warchest - and i KNOW you remember that, but got shafted instead.
So instead of much need investment last year, we got cleaned out.
Stands to reason therefore that to get to where we need to be we need a dollop of cash.
Regardless of any European football or lack thereof.
I'll stand by what I have written.
You won't be able to, as that which you can remember (not much) barely makes any sense anyway.
Well, how else to address you. You ignore things pointed out to you.
You have had your erse handed to you virtually every day.
Do you not have easier ways of making a complete spanner of yourself?
Really?
Oh dear.
You have had your erse handed to you virtually every day.

Yeah...I was the one saying that Rangers wouldn't be banned for 3 years
That Craig Whyte is an irrelevance...
dc1..............about to self combust.
Not for the first time, Pontius
Have Rangers been banned from Europe for 3 years?
Can you provide a quote from a named person at UEFA to say that they will be banned for 3 years?
Can you provide a link & quote from any UEFA rules that states that Rangers will be banned for 3 years?
No, no & no.
Stop getting yer knickers all wet over this TCD - you are embarrassing yourself.
Yeah, it looks that way
Do you think Rangers will be playing in Europe in the next 3 years
I think that without serious investment in the squad we may not make it to the single CL spot as champions, but EL would be our aim initially.
If you're a newco there's no chance you'll be allowed near Europe for three years.
It's against uefa rules for a a brand new club to hold a European licence without having been in existence for a minimum of three seasons.
Coops, to be honest with the squad you'll have next year, winning Div 3 should be your main aim.
Ain't a brand new club.
Might be a new company running the club.
But ain't a brand new club.
UEFA have holes the size of Texas in their articles, just as the SFA & SPL do. This is unprecedented, and the solution fits right through those holes.
But we'll see what happens.

But I read earlier, you saying that yeez are "royally fekt"...
What rule would allow a "royally fekt" team into Europe
