"Good. Neither can I. He looks so annoying. I can't believe he is a top 10. "
tell me about it...
6:2, 6:3, all over in a blink of an eye, no fuss, just gets on with playing tennis and is a joy to watch. Well done Roger and good luck in the final, against an excellent player. This fella was a waste of time
Now enjoy your shower, if you bother taking one that is, did you even get a sweat on?
To Rafa and Djokovic, take a look at a true champion who is playing on the same court that you did. Red, white, blue, slippy, slidey, rough, uneven bounce, high bounce, he will sort it out and find a way. Special forces - ADAPT AND OVERCOME
What are the chance MCH would have been saying that if Federer had gone out to Raonic
Raonic dominated the match, the only reason he lost was because he choked on break points; 0/7 for the last 2 sets.
And if Federer really was so versatile then why do Fed fans complain about slow surfaces so much. Can he not 'adapt and overcome' there as well.
Perhaps when Federer lost in the AO semi this year, and the sore loser Fed fans were whining about court conditions I should have said 'ADAPT AND OVERCOME'
Federer fans shouldn't get too cocky like their idol and be more like LuvSports.
hahaaha yessss amritia! great reference there appreciate it! :D
but remember its leeeds! finally got nitb on board to call me it
Winning the biggest points is what make certain players great. Federer has been doing it for years, and Raonic couldn't win one of seven. D'ya get my drift?
Thank you for agreeing with me. Feds fans might have complained about certain courts (AO Semi final this year) but what about the man himself? Did he complain?
We all sit here on ja606 and think we are god. That man was out there today doing the business on a court that certain cry babies couldn't handle, and once again he made it look so easy, against guys who are young and hoping to be something one day
Long live the King that is Roger Federer - He who dares wins Hope Nadal and Djokovic are having a nice evening too
"We all sit here on ja606 and think we are god"
maybe you do, but I certainly don't.

====================================
Well, he did that. He won on many slow courts
It's just that if he faces competition characterized by inhumane fitness, he can do nothing but accepting his fate. Especially on a slow court.
lotta thumbs up there mch
also i dont believe in god
nole, you are going to be hard to talk to because your idol went out like a crybaby. Losing is one thing but he has made a bit of a donkeys plonker of himself this week. Feds would not allow behaviour like that.
He however is just getting on with doing what he does best, playing tennis.
When Feds loses to a tennis player, it has always been because the opposition played superbly and deserved their victory. No excuses.
He wins some stuff too, and that is enough for me
It's just that if he faces competition characterized by inhumane fitness, he can do nothing but accepting his fate.

He does as well as he can, that's my point. Or are we now calling Pete Sampras a bad player?
You can not ask for more than max effort, and Feds is meeting one of the greatest of all times on clay, and that match would be difficult for anybody.
"nole, you are going to be hard to talk to because your idol went out like a crybaby."
chest, I'm immune to the likes of you. Don't even bother.
my chest hurts i wouldn't necessarily agree with that. As a mahooosive feds fan i have seen the odd tactless response from feds in a post match interview and the us open 2011 loss springs to mind instantly.
My idol is still in this competition so I also am having fun
I thought Feds was well past his best but I appear to have been wrong woohoo
I hope Wimbledon paint their grass blue this year
Federer always gives his opponent credit when he loses to them
I hope you're joking MCH.

Just ignore it NITB
I was quite concerned for Djokovic's health this week, he was slipping very often and it seemed quite dangerous for him.
Great that he spoke his mind in the press conference later rather than diplomatic sucking up to the ATP bosses.
amritia. I have just read back through my posts and am not sure I even said that?

Feds was in a lot of pain at that time. Are you now going to tell me that Roger Federer is a sore loser?
It's cut throat top level sport and he generally handles himself impeccably, as I do, which is why I like the guy
He revealed all of this just after he lost, what a coincidence
