Premier League Reflection

That says United are basically the Benchmark for rest of the league

Arsenal 2 down at home to Spurs, and potentially 13 points behind them, only to come back and smash them 5-2, before completing the comeback today.

Some suggestions then would help?

It's the one's I thought off the top of my head really.

Could I interest you 2 in this?

Each supporter will (obiously) be biased toward there own team, so will choose the moment that affected them most (positively of course).
I'd go for City today and I think most neutrals would (but then again I am biased)!

Know what I mean?

Me neither

Swansea have been a highlight for me - for playing great football and getting the results too. Blackpool tried and failed admirably, but the Swans have been a revelation.

Bale's left boot, I agree with you there

DeJong'sHardTackle, Yeah I understand. You are meant to be biased towards your own team to see your very own clubs highlight of the season.

Me, Reading winning the Championship

Bale's
You were supposed to say City were the highlight

PL this season

City worthy winners
Worst Arsenal team in years but other teams just as bad
Worst Chelsea team in about ten years
Spurs looked great before christmas then looked very average
Everton were the opposite of Spurs
My team Liverpool - words can not describe how upset i am about some of our performances and when i say some i mean about 95%

The FA / Referees are distraught after todays events and are asking for people to respect thier privacy and let them and Man Utd have some private time alone

Newcastle Also Ran

Surely the events today tops anything in PL history, certainly in recent history

City start off 1st, then we go 1st with Rooney goal, then City go 1st with Zabaleta goal, then we go 1st with QPR goal, then the rest needs no explanation

For 3rd place, Arsenal and Tottenham interchanging multiple times

Same goes for QPR and Bolton for the last relegation spot

Now compare this to the 'excitement' of La Liga this season

actually i agree as well with Bale's left foot.

was going to say utd 8-2 against Arsenal, but Swansea have played good football and have stayed up in their first season

The swans

Wigans final stretch run in...with good football...

And probably the most bizarre...my new found foundness for dot cotton Neville......

You bought the title floppy

If you didn't have money we'd have been in the Champions League last season, and probably this one too

Well done though

Have you got that comment saved in notepad LRF?

Bale's left boot, No. I just ask a lot of people about it. It is a good thing to do and it is good fun.

You won't do it though...

"Man City's 6-1 win at Old Trafford?"

That was probably the seismic event of the season.

posted on 13/5/12

Pity the English selectors are such twits they could not select Gentleman Hodgson at Christmas.
Then the Spurs camp would never have done its self destruct.

The 6-1 has to be the biggest result in Premiershp history. If Man City had only won by one goal they'd have equal goal difference?

On a side note I've loved watching the fantastically unpredictable Wigan, Spurs and Newcastle teams.

posted on 13/5/12

SandroRedknapp, I like watching them as well and I sometimes get involved with some discussions on here with Wigan, Newcastle and Spurs fans.

If it's any consolation to Man Utd fans, what City have done is no real achievement. They have treated money like it's toilet paper, yet have had to rely on the last few minutes of the season to win the title.

"The 6-1 has to be the biggest result in Premiershp history. If Man City had only won by one goal they'd have equal goal difference?"

Nicely discerned.
But I was thinking more about the shockwaves it sent thru all PL observers (pundits, supporters etc) .

LRF can you please stop pushing your game. This is a decent chance for people to discuss the main talking points of the season. If people don't want to play then your insessant advertising will do no good!

I won't post it again then.

It's ok brother
Anyway, more people should start voting for City
