My fear is not the loss of O Shea but is replacement who could be McShane and the faith Trap has in these very average back up players while there are better back up players around such as Wilson or Clark
Oh god anyone but Mc Shane!
Here's an update:
JOHN O’SHEA is expected to be able to report for training next Monday as scheduled after a scan on a calf injury sustained in yesterday’s game against Manchester United revealed that the problem was less serious than initially feared.
It is amazing that McShane would be considered first choice replacement over Wilson and Clark!
Big John knew the craic, got himself off early before any real damage was done.
Who cares? We have Paul ‘McGrath’ McShane waiting in the wings……he’s just as good!!
McShane's skillful run and pass to set up Keane's goal in the Scotland match was amazing.......but then again, he usually just does this:

Thats true actually Dublondain. He played well in the Carling Nations cup matches against Scotland the North. Think that says more about the opposition than Mc Shane
Meant to type Scotland and the North!!
John O'Shea acted like a good professional and took care of himself. Could be his last hurrah.
