I dread to think what Hodgson will demand from the England team, I watched some dire football when he was boss at Anfield.

Obviously things didn't work out with LIverpool, but look what he has done throughout his career elsewhere.
He got Fulham to a EUFA Cup Final, he has got West Brom into a great league position on a shoe-srting budget, wont league titles in Europe, managed at international level ver sucessfully.
He is master of making average teams get results, which is exactly what England need.
Let's face it, we simply don\'t have the players Holland, Spain, Germany ect have, so the only way we will win is going out with a plan and system which gets results.
Hodgson often tightens the team up defensively. Doesn't make for the most attractive football, but England don't have the players to play attractively on the international stage.
I expect him to go for two more defensive minded midfielders to shield the defence, like Carrick and Parker (or Barry in for one of them).
Do United fans see Neville as a potential future United manager?

There is no way of knowing whether he would be a good manager at the moment. He would need to spend years proving himself as a manager elsewhere before I'd consider him. He hasn't yet got the credentials, but on a personal level I'd love it.
