I wish we actually had more City fans on here. Hopefully sensible ones like most of the ones already here. A bit of banter with them would be nice leading up to derby clashes.

I've seen more gloating comments in the last few days from Liverpool supporters than City.

This thread isn't about Liverpool or their fan's. It's about Manchester City and their's. How and why it's turned into a Liverpool supporters thread i'll never know!

RSC

A couple of Liverpool fans decided to make some snide comments and we reacted. Why they felt the need to make the comments in the first place I'll never know.

Liverpool and Leeds fans are the ones gloating like they just won something, one club spent 100m and is sitting in 8th whilst another is in the second tier of English football. What is worth gloating about that, I'll never know.

People are not gloating and you need to understand the definition.

That said, I cheered loud. Aguero.

Yes, you are gloating. You think winning the CC and us finishing trophyless is some sort of achievment. Well I know you, your owners, and your manager woudl give that Carling Cup back to Cardiff if it means you finish in the top 4 of the premier league. And if you want to gloat about 1 trophy, why don't you look at the 6 year title drought you had before the CC and look at what we won in that drought. Then it defeats your arguement, as for Leeds I really don't know what I can say to them regarding trophy wins.

Well I'm not gloating as we've been awful and painfull SOME games. I cheered when Sergio scored and that has nothing to do with LFC.

You mancs always have to call it an argument and then cheer when you believe you have won this fictional argument.

What childlike response? It was honest. I agreed with the comment towards me and I said, 'if you like'

Grow up Mr Busby babes

All the reds on here seen as genuine (RED666, Arab etc) have been very gracious. There's been a bit of predictable "you bought it" from some of the more blatant 2nd class fans, such as the scots, but we can deal with that easy.

What I was surprised with however, was the huge neutral reaction to the title win. Those Sunderland fans were going mental!
