It's all about price here. 25-30mil it's a decent deal in today's climate. Anything less, it's a steal. Anything more, it's a rip off.

It's my concern as a fan if overspending on Hulk limits resources available for other targets.
As a player, i'd rather have him than not. But i'd say that about a huge variety of top class talent. I don't particuplarly like Hazard, think he's overhyped, but i'd rather have him than not

Ok, and on the bases that we can trust Roman's judgement in allocating resources accordingly. Yes, i'd love to have Hulk. Bit raw, but possesses enough ability to grow into tougher surroundings, as his former teammate Falcao has done - great with a deadball aswell, big trump card in his set.

Also, if we kept Drogba. It would be a laugh to play 4-3-3 in the CC with Hulk-Lukaku-Drogba all playing centrally. The CBs would need life insurance lol
