He's only saying it to spite Arsenal, he really doesn't care about your club

Don't think VDV is going anywhere soon, you should be more worried about Bale or Modric

Ade's been excellent this season, I'd have him back in a heartbeat.

Just like Keane and Berbatov were not going to be sold. Modric is gone, just deal with it.

We both have stars that realistically want to be elsewhere. Why don't you bore off Batmanu, it's all very hypocritical you mocking us.

I didn't mock anybody. My first comment was just stating that Adebayor has said the same stuff when he was at Real Madrid and for some reason you have all taken offence to it.

Ramos said: "Obviously Berbatov's agent is looking to do his business and has made his comments.

"But we are happy because we have the player on a contract, and we plan to keep him."

"It's a logical deduction that if Tottenham sell Berbatov they are not a big club.

"I don't want to sell him. This is my message. There are very few strikers a Berba's quality. Those who do exist play for great teams in the Champions League.

"Great teams do not sell their best players and he's the only great player not in the Champions League this season."

The Spurs boss said: "They put a bid in, we turned it down.

"That is it as far as I'm concerned because we do not want to lose a player like Michael Carrick.

"He was probably our best midfield player last season, so why should we sell him?"

He added: "I have told my chairman Daniel Levy that I want to keep him.

"We are building something, so I cannot do without Michael.

"I think I was pretty clear. We do not want to sell him, the board do not want to sell him.

"Michael Carrick has got a contract for another two years, so that is the situation."

Maybe it's too complicated Kapitan. When Levy has stated personally that he does not wish to sell a player we haven't.

I know what you said. It's still funny that they have been sold after those quotes. Obviously the manager would not make those comments without assurances from honest Daniel
