Come on Chelsea

posted on 18/5/12

I'll find positives no matter what the result

If Chelsea lose, great, it's probably what I want.

If they win, sit and pi$$ yourself like Luke McQueen laughing at all the Tottenham fans

I'll feel a bit bad for Spurs because even though they flopped the 2nd half of the season, they were quality in the 1st half and do deserve CL football as they scraped through in the end. Had to be Liverpool that forced the CL winner qualifying rule to be made.

I would rather Chelsea missed out, as it would mean Valencia moving up to pot A in the draw, weakening pot B.

I am absolute relaxed and hope it will be a good game.

I'm not that bothered, because either Chelsea lose or Spurs get screwed. if I had a choice i prefer Chelsea to lose.

That's actually a sound practical reason.

I would hate for us to get the group we got last year again

Even though our players did fantastically well to get into the knockout stages (only to loose the tie in the first leg ), it took a lot out of them and we paid for it in our league form.

Juventus in the third seeds, PSG, Malaga, Dortmund will be 4th seeds.

Potential for some very strong groups!

It's a win win situation for us gooners.

Chelsea lose, we can wum the hell out of their board (until they remind us how we flopped in italy).

If Chelsea win we can wum the hell out of the totts (sadly i can't because i'm banned ).

So actually it's not a win-win situation. wish it could finish a draw

Am I wrong in thinking that if Chelsea win we will have to qualify for Champs league? Tots would drop out and we would effectively drop down to 4th?

Chamakh we go straight to the groups whatever happens.

Sweet, I will support Chelsea then

I think if Chelsea win we get to keep our spot and Chelsea have to start from where Spurs would otherwise, since they finished outside the top 4. Isn't that what Liverpool had to do before this rule came in?

Also, it seems that during my few months away from ja606 i've missed the slang word for a potato becoming a banned word

Chelsea would go into the groups as well and Belgian team has to go through qualifying instead. bit harsh on them but that's what people were saying here the other day.
