Giggs > the entire Man City squad

posted on 20/5/12

Wait! Is that the club, not the squad?

Giggs has to be in the top two biggest United legends ever. I don't think anyone will beat his record number of appearances for United.

He is a living legend. And we still have another season from the hairy welshman. Incredible.

it's the club but what you said is still correct

Giggsy

Yet another record for us to beat next season, pity he'll never get knighted though I hope Natasha was worth it.

Scholes > Giggs < Giovinco

You won't beat that record, Giggs is immortal and will play football forever.

True, he was almost unplayable in our last meeting

By your standards, he's probably got another 6 seasons before Fergie finally lets him go, I hope you continue to play him in midfield.

Giggs is our biggest club legend of modern times - you'd have to go back to SBC to find someone as legendary IMO. Awesome.

Charlton got knighted because of his services to ticket touting.

Charlton got knighted because he WAS English football during our greatest era. A true gentleman and probably England's greatest ever footballer.

Still got done for being a ticket tout.

Yet again, it's a bit of a tradition at the swamp:-

do you not get sad that it will be long after you are dead that man city could take over manchester united in terms of history and tradition?

posted on 20/5/12

History? We're older than you.

Tradition? What, ripping off your own fans and having a series of ticket touts and poisoned meat sellers associated with your club.

Meh, I'm happy as we are.

Woah, still as bitter as ever. No amount of oil money can change that.

posted on 20/5/12

You know, you make a good point, maybe man city do have a better history than us

posted on 20/5/12

dorris

you win the league and your still bitter

posted on 20/5/12

You can't have a 'better' or 'worser' history. History is measured in years and what happened in those years.

Also how much oil money it took to create that history.

How much poisoned meat did Louis Edwards sell to create some of your history?
