Think Liverpool are falling even further behind with the signings Arsenal and Chelsea are making. Can't see them getting anywhere near that top 4 unless Rodgers works wonders.

nah, i dont think we are gonna get top 4 for at least 2 seasons, but im still not convinced by arsenal or chelsea, rvps goals are a lot to replace, and they still have problems in the full back positions, and rdm isnt the long term solution, and he will have the same troubles avb had regarding the likes of lamps last year, i think come the end of the season, its going to be city by 6-9 points, with united 2nd, 4-6 points ahead of chelsea and arsenal, with us and spurs about 8-12 points behind those 2

I'll be impressed if City can keep pace for a second season. United always likely to be there so are still favourites for me. Think Arsenal in good shape if injuries aren't too bad for them, fancy them to be right up there as well. Then think Chelsea could be a bit behind in 4th. But don't really know what to expect from Chelsea this season given a lot of changes there.

I don't really understand why people think we've made so many changes. Only Drogba has gone. All the others aren't worth nothing.

Drogba turned up to about one PL game last season, he is no loss to us in the league, it's the cup finals/semi finals we'll miss Didier.

We've brought in a lot of players but only top quality players. The spine of the squad is still there, we haven't changed anything major, just brought in Hazard and Marin to improve on what we already have.

Oscar is a long term replacement of Frank, but Frank's still here and will be playing an awful lot. There isn't much change at Chelsea.

The only difference between that and last season is a massive improvement on LW from Kalou and an improvement on the right too. Everything else is the same.

Personally think there's a few changes there recently. Whether Torres can get the goals remains to be seen.

You didn't really have a dm who was there all season, was always changing. Lampard is playing in a deeper role than he has and probably unlikely to play as much. So thats different as well. Obviously new wide players.

If you have any injuries at the back likes of Bosingwa, Ferreira are gone. Cahill hasn't been there for long either.
