I think what should happen is a mirror effect, so the team at the bottom get first pick on what team they want from the league so could take City or Fulham if they want.
Pick names out of a hat and let them pick one player from a team picked out of another hat.
Maybe do 2 or 3 rounds of it.
So say round 1, and Arsenal get pick of a player from Spurs, and Liverpool get pick of a player from Villa, and so on.
Then once everyone has chosen, you could pick names again for round 2.
BVB I like the idea but I'm not just looking at individual players going, I'm looking at the majority if not all of the squads. I like the idea of say the bottom manager taking City and then Tranquil trying to get Spurs to survive.

Shall I give the bottom sides more money than the top sides, otherwise they'll just buy their players back.
Or give 5 transfers a day to bottom 2 teams, 4 transfers for the 2 above, 3 transfers for the 2 above etc.....
