Yeah unfortunately, BVB. They can't bid though unless they cancel the player they're bidding for.

It's quite realistic but it's only a rough guide, in most instances will be cheaper but it gives a lower value for older players so won't be relevant with players like Buffon etc.
So for you to accept an opening bid will some bids have to be higher than the transfermarkt value?
No mate, some of them are too high for this league. I mentioned briefly the type of criteria I'll go by for the calibre of player a few pages back, and their respective values.

I believe that a fee was agreed, just a medical to come? So that leave me with my 2 foreigns as separate, and I'm struggling a tad - not much cash and 3+ players I like so will have to whittle it down to 2 and then maybe try and sell a player or two.
You can have him as a Swansea player mate and thus not a foreign.
If you want to generate funds you could always sell Jelavic, he seemingly got a lot of interest in him at Everton before you signed him and he's only warming your bench. If not, wait until releases, I suspect everyone's cash will be severely drained today so you won't miss out tomorrow when releases start Thursday.
Someone made interest of Jelavic so that's a possibility
+ of course once the season starts I think even by just being very active on here predicting results and scorers I'll start making cash + can then build up my team.
