Can they not just buy him back from that foreign club?
Can other buy that player?
No they can't buy him directly back, he becomes available for other managers to purchase though.
Could you do three offers for me based on this criteria please:
1 above-average bid for a first-teamer.
1 average bid for a substitute/reserve
1 average bid for a first-teamer.

Dont like the way you have to accept one, especially when its 2 first team players and one sub.
Why not? You can buy a similar quality of player with the money you get for the substitute. If I target important first-teamers with bids, I give a generous bid for a substitute that isn't used, like with Weiss for you. You can get someone else for £2million.

Just not a fan of it. Like to build a squad and to have to sell one to foreigns then it takes away from the fun of getting those players in in the first place. Just my opinion.
