How do foreigns work? Do I say, right I want 'player' and i'll offer 10mil, and then there's 10 hours for people to outbid that?
And if someone does, the 10 hours starts again?
You're almost there. If you want to buy say Fabregas from Barcelona, you make your bid and then I'll accept/reject it. If it's accepted, you have 10 hours and if it is not outbid, the player is yours. If you are outbid, you have to begin the whole process again.

If anything per day makes it better for smaller clubs. It gives the bigger sides less time to release players or sell players for cash which means they have less chance to get the top players.
How do you know how much you can release players for?
It's half their value, there will be a page when releases open where people post the players they want to release and I'll give prices.
