I can't see why United has suddenly become a taboo subject for Blues when it comes to picking stand-out moments.
We won 6-1 away, twice. It's obvious which one is more poignant if you are a City fan.
City were heavy favourites to lift the trophy on the final day so the actual image of Vinny lifting the cup wasn't totally unexpected, sweet as it was.
The pictures of Michael Owen stripping off ready to do a victory lap of honour or Phil Jones doing his Randy Hickey impersonation were priceless and made up for 6 weeks of media taunts - I can't see any problem with people saying they were amongst the most memorable moments.

Any videos?
All I saw was Fergie chewing gum furiously with the reddest face I ever did see. I'm yet to see anything else.
Check out Owen in the background taking his trackie top off and standing behind Fergie in full kit after the final whistle.

I saw that last night.
Talk about blowing your own load
Premature celebration issues
Why I never celebrated prematurely.
Not like the man u fan bookie who again paid out early!
Another fail onh!
As the title says "moment" - Singular, then as a Blue I'd have to say Sergio scoring that goal.
If I was a rag (perish the thought), I'd have to say Sergio scoring that goal.
Actually that goal was possibly my single stand out moment of the last 40 years not just this season. But I couldn't resist having a wind up at our resident rags expense hoping to hook one or two and it did not take long, like shooting fish in a barrel really they just can't help themselves.
Mine's pretty obvious as well - the moment Drogba's penalty roller in and I realised we'd finally won the CL.
Although I have to say Drogba's equaliser and all of Cech's saves that night were also stand out moments.
Silvas pass to Dzeko for the 6th at Old Trafford and agueros title winner
That pass from silva was magic, talk about vision an teqnique.
*rolled in
Other than that...getting the fifth against Spurs in the FA semi and the second against Liverpool in the final, not to mention Cech's save to deny Carroll the equaliser. Real heart in mouth moment there. Thanks largely to football the past couple of months, I have virtually no nails left on either hand!
How can I forget the Barca goals also. Lampard's pass for Ramires, the camera gradually catching up with Torres and me realising there's no-one around him/he's no offside.
What a topsy-turvy season it's been...
Who was that footballer who scored the day after his son died, he scores a cracker revealed a that's for you son tshirt and pointed to heaven.
Don't mind admitting I had tears in my eyes when I saw it.
That was him, talk about a lump in the throat moment.
Moments like that thinking about what's really important really puts things onto perspective.
Don't think anyone will be mentioning any England moments on here!
Ashley Young not diving in the area?
