Considering how bad France were 2 years ago it is amazing how good they are right now.

If you look at the change in personnel, both on and off the pitch, there has clearly been a complete rehaul and it has clearly benefited them. They have a good chance of reaching the semis or maybe even the finals and I would be surprised if they didn't win group D ahead of England and Sweden.
