One of the saddest events in football.May the 39 Italians who perished needlessly never be forgotten.

May they rest in peace

posted on 29/5/12

I watched that event................in a hotel full of Italians in northern Tenerife (No shight)

Horrendous loss of life at what should have been a joyous event.

Shocking that they played the game that night regardless of what had happened.

People should never die at football. Terrible.accident

Disgusting.

you have posted this on the everton board and to be honest, given your penchant for baiting liverpool with your every article, im sure there were plenty that thought this was another of them and stayed well clear for that very reason.
the club have made an official gesture so why do you need comments from reds on an everton board?

posted on 30/5/12

Why ?

As they comment on everything to do with Everton on a daily basis on this board (and ban anyone from their board who gives a little bit back) i thought they may well have took the opportunity to commemorate the 39 fans who lost their lives at Heysel.

I take your point re the article being on the Everton board.Did anyone post anything on the liverpool board commemorating the anniversary of Heysel?

i dont know and quite frankly dont care if there was anything. the ja606 is made up of a lot of petty individuals so it would prob descend into a multiboard slanging match. as long as the club have done their part its all that bothers me.
it seemed a genuine gesture on your behalf so leave it at that instead then rubbishing reds fans

your club and its supporters did your part alright back in 85

well done there phil. exactly why people would give a post like this a wide berth. baited as usual

Phil, you're a fúcking jizzstain.

Even i don't think the negative posts are cool....and I hate Liverpool.

DIDI,

my point was did anyone express their condolences.
Bit gimmicky the roses and 5 stars.

Not scoring points over a delicate subject,i just think liverpool fans, on the whole, tend to gloss over Heysel

comment by Didi Hamann? He did doe thrice didn't he doe? *** (U5172)

As I said it was one of the darkest days in the history of football and my deepest sympathy goes out to all the victims and all the victims families.

The same thing happened for Hillsborough. Cheesy or not, every thing has been said that needs to be said on both subjects. This is a simple way to express condolences for those that died.

You may not be trying to score points, but Phil clearly is

Anyway, RIP for the 39 that died that day.

you say I am trying to score points by pointing out to one of your fellow reds that Liverpool supporters may have been to blame for the tragedy.A fellow red that was trying to take the moral high ground

phil, what a total ranker you are.

you act like i should take personal responsibility for heysel, like germans should take personal responsibility for the war!
the OS did their part so why should liverpool fans post their regards on an everton board? i agreed i was a nice touch by concerned but you scraped the barrel like the no mark you are

This is sad. Like blaming the stewards for not cleaning up and causing Bradford fire....

comment by lucas leiva really is that good! (U9282)

I've said those fans who played their part in the tragedy back in 85.At no time have I commented that you were involved or even you should be considered to take the slightest blame for those tragic events on that day.

It riles me that if anyone mentions anything about that horrible night that Liverpool supporters don't agree with then you are labelled as the lowest of the low. It's a taboo subject simply because it was one of the lowest points in Liverpool FCs history, but it did happen
