Well, dear tennis friends, you know what to do, just press that lovely, magic button called FILTER

i thought that was just for the person who creates the article? interesting. I am having fun atm though sinking to their level.

No, you just go to memeber online and click on whoever you want to filter and then when their page turns up you click the FILTER tab. You don't have to be the article author
I'd be careful with going down the pan with the WUMS if I were you.

Very good article about teh balls NITB. Yes it confirms they are softer....being softer means slower but possibly bouncier.

There it is in a nutshell....though I am not convinced they are bouncier.

This David Goffin playing against Clement is very talented. he is young and plays in a big court with the crowd against him with clement taking an awful lot of time between the points. Not only he uses the towel every time but he also checkes his glasses before every point.

Clement always reminds me of Tipsarevic for some reason....

It would be funny if they announced at the start of the tournament that the balls were new, but added no details about how they are different. And then see what comments there are from the players and then at the end of the tournament admit they were actually the same balls.

This was a better day of tennis than yesterday. I saw Nole's full match, a few games from Fed's match, a few games from Trocki Fognini match, wanted to catch a bit of Baker, but didn't get the chance.
his Ungur guy was a lovely surprise, old school tennis, very nice, I hope we see more of him. Should play great on grass, although his approach shots were atrocious
Look forward to tomorrow, some good matches coming, keeping a beady eye on Paire

How come so much support for Benoit? Baker was unstoppbale in 3rd and 4th but just faded in 5th. He is a good player expect better from him at Wimby. Surely the time has come for a youngster to make a name. The current top has to fade at some time, they have been dominant for past 7 years now, virtually same players in top 4.

Where have you been HB? Did you watch Stebe? Tsonga might be in a danger of going out.

"How come so much support for Benoit? "
I saw a few of his matches during Serbian Open when there was not a lot going on, just those few 250 tournaments, and I was commenting on my own thread here almost by myself ...
And then Paire turned up: young, creative, explosive, funky, unusual and with a winsome smile and disposition.
I cheered for him during the entire tournament right down to the final when he lost to Seppi in a good match.
Then I heard nothing about him and was beginning to be sad as I couldn't see his name in the draws in RG so wondered what went wrong and how sad it is that such players just surface out and then disappear out of the picture ( a bit like Mahut and the grass season).
And then I saw his name in the draw in the first round, he won and I was really, really happy for him!
He can do anything with the ball, is tall and has very good movement, he can swing his forehand like Murray when he is in his counter-punching mode and be explosive on his backhand, nice at the net, too.
The key is this magic he produces just the way he mixes up his game, it's very unconventional. One moment you think he is a baseline modern player, the next thing he's rushing the net doing something totally different, but he has his head screwed on which is promising.
Ill try and catch his match tomorrow

I'll have a look at Benoit next time. I don't think I'll ever saw him play.
