Baggies arent the only ones we need to watch out for with all the talksport presenters saying CH would be great for swansea but especially for norwich, fans from both clubs been on the phone this morning wanting CH.

We got rid of baggies but Norwich will be difficult there a bigger club with bigger fan base and more ambitious board prepared to spend to get him!

Mackem,I was certain CH would be off to Albion and ended up with egg on my face.I've decided that the only way I'm going to get through the close season is to ignore what the media says and ignore the bookies.

I do think though, that Blues won't consider any approaches, so CH would have to resign first (ala Lambert) if he does want to move.

Hopefully he'll stay, the accounts will be published and our 'one wheel wagon' will keep on rolling along.

Accounts are due today aren't they????

I hope we keep hold of CH as stated before Swansea and Norwich have had very good years but could fall next year and both managers will be a hard act to follow, if you go into either side and struggle at the start you could be gone by Christmas and where does that then leave you?

I'm still pretty nervous to be honest. We've kept CH, for now and have transfer targets in place. But if the accounts are not released, the embargo remains in place - for the love of god just publish the accounts and get on with it!

Come on PP sort it out!

I think we will be fine CH doesn't have webbed feet, Lambert is a good fit for both Norwich and Villa as he obviously like inbreeding!

Tatts on twitter just said "like everyone else i'm waiting on the accounts been released in HK, but its gone 6pm on HK now and still no accounts........."

Can't see them coming out today but I was informed earlier in the month they would be delayed before tatt's was told and haven't had any word today, so fingers crossed but I would of thought if they were coming out today they would have been out by now?

They will be out in HK before we see them over here, so when BIH release there accounts we know it will be within 48 hours we will found ours out, but the stock market in HK apparently shuts at 6pm and that time passed an hour ago, so no wont be today..

Mackem, any indication been given as to when they have been delayed too now?

Colin Tattum:

BIHL announce interim accounts for 6 months to dec 2011 - NOT the years figures were all waiting for - delayed until the end of august #blues

Hardly surprsing six months to dec 2011 delayed as BIHL are still to release yearly accounts to june 2011 #blues

in BIHL annoucement to HLSE (hong kong stock exchange) no mention of yearly accounts to june 2011 due, which are relevant to transfer embargo #blues

to clarify : BIHL cant release interim accounts to dec 2011 when overdue yearly accounts to june 2011 not even published yet #blues

.....................................................................

That's the latest from the man in the know, so by the sounds of that which doesnt really make any sense to me is that its on hold to the end of august and if that's the case then were.....................

Finish the sentence however you like

I'm not going to claim to be a financial expert or call blue murder but it certainly looks as if new players is out of the question in this transfer window, its a shame transfer embargo's only work one way then it may not be so bad if players werent allowed to leave and all dealings with the club including managers, players and coaches had to stop.

I wont come on here slating the board non of us know why they are not releasing figures, maybe carson yeung is spitting the dummy out over his frozen assets and therefore is not helping the HKSE out which is stopping us from publishing our accounts.

Or maybe when the FA get a look at them they will place us in admin and remove him from the club.

I dont know the ins and outs what happens when the results come out, I just wish whatever they are they would get them out, surely getting back in the premier league is the best option for BIHL as well as BCFC?

Cue barrage of Baggies, Wolves and Villa wums.

Absolutely shocking if its end of August before we can sign the remaining dregs of the bosman market.

What I dont understand is surely blues cant be in that much debt and the money blues have made must be going elsewhere if thats the case?

I have a feeling he is not releasing the accounts until his court case is out guilty/not guilty because some of the money he maybe bought the club with and put into the club was dirty money and as soon as the accounts are out he's high and dry!

The FA need to have better control over who owns a club maybe the way they do it in spain, germany, turkey etc where the fans are always the biggest shareholders and they appoint a president!

CVA? -12pts to kick the season off boys?

Oooh, and all the parachute money has gone now; THUD!

posted on 31/5/12

Am I the only one who thinks this is a none story?

These accounts are not the ones needed to end the embargo; they relate to the 6 months beyond (to Dec 11). The league are waiting for the full year to June 11 and nothing new has been said about when these will be released.

4ever,

You clearly don't know how the parachute payments work:

£16m last season, £16m next and £8 in each of the next two seasons.

posted on 31/5/12

And you clearly don't know that that money is spoken for mate. Gone, gone, gone. Quite apart from the fact that it will belong to the People's Republic quite soon. I see more player sales. Rangers anyone?

posted on 31/5/12

Actually, just a thought - I wonder if the premiership will even release the next paprachute payment (don't know exactly when its due) if these 12 month accounts aren't published. THe transfer embargo would be one thing, but the loss of that £16m would be very grim news.

posted on 31/5/12

Yes i understand they are not the accounts needed but them accounts wanted from BIHL are only 6 months and they have been put off till the end of august, so how long till the full year ones are released that are needed?

I dont see what the problem is showing how much came in and how much went out unless you have been up to something dodgy! Coventry sorted there's out yet?

I know my bar doesnt have a lot of ins and outs but i can put together a yearly profit sheet in about half an hour! So qualified accounts should be able to manage it in 2 days

posted on 31/5/12

Sorry to jump in on the thread guys but I was just reading through. With regards to parachute payments not being released, I think the same happened with Portsmouth in that the FA would not allow them. However, they were in admin at the time ao not sure where you would stand.
I know we are rivals but I hate to see any club in financial trouble.
