I would add Derby County to the speculation if all we have to go on is a team in the Championship with a good history.
OR; its there on chippers twitter, I read it myself within the hour but he then followed it up crying that people were posting him abuse for reporting his news haha!!
Who knows anything? Its a complicated process and certainly until its on the OS then we should take it with a large slice of caution...
Forestlen...
Yeah, saw the abuse...haha.
Totally agree...nothing confirmed. Let's calm down.
Albert, it was a a team with 'Rich' history. There's a difference.

500 million. One of our investors paid that for a US Football team. We have more than one Billionaire owner and we can only afford Theo as a striker for £200k.

There's a difference, it's called buying a debt and then selling that onwards (for interest purposes etc). Is what governments do.
Outright Equity is completely different.
Hope that helps.

Iwas?... Americans trying to patch up without spending a cent against an Arab who is football mad... not soccer mad.
Look, it's not happened yet but if it does, we'll be letting him know that pride needs restoring and hopefully he will deliver.
As for your Yanks?... keep 'em!....

Neither would I.......
There's nothing left to discount
Wouldnt surprise me if its just a ploy to boost tickets but Im just cynical.
If it did happen though and we suddenly were rolling in it I'd love to take Holloway, decent record with Blackpool and plays good stuff.
Warnock can do one!
Big Norm...I've got proper respect for Warnock, now, after he gave a couple of interviews where he gave BIG respect for Lord Brian Clough and Forest. No battle.
this guy sounds like a nutter. neil warnock?
hope he buys us but leaves the football matters with figures already at the club i.e. frank clark
Aren't some Forest fans jumping the gun a little?

I don't think the story is true.
It's not happening!
Post website says Fawaz Al-Hasawi is not involved in takeover talks, so in all probability he's after Leeds.

I think forest fans need to be more realistic. If billionaires want a football club they will buy a prem one, not one with pink seats that are rarely sat in. But on the bright side, as you go further down the wealth pyramid there will be more people willing to invest and I know there is a guy who owns a chippy in Long Eaton who's in London today.

Liverpool - Not for sale (5)
Man U - Not for sale (3)
A Villa - Not for sale (1)
Chelsea - Not for sale (1)
Nottingham Forest - For sale (2)
Derby took 279 fans to Cardiff last season.
Say no more.
Do I know you Strett .
For what he charged me for the chip cobs, he can deffo afford you lot.
Stupid comment from TT as usual.
And to think this time last year you were all about our investment, and how much of a disgrace it was to be investing in the playing staff. Leicester City F.C. were an example of all that is wrong in football, not a viable business etc etc
Now look at you all, foaming at the mouth for some Arab billionnaire. Forest fans will never stop making me .
The hypocrisy is killing me
TT's bitter little posts make me just as hard
No News, Good News?
