LRF I'd offer to do transfers and stuff but my knowledge of foreign leagues isn't great, so I don't know how accurate I'd be. I know all the big names though.

It could be a couple of people in charge of transfers.
This way the people who accept transfers have someone to ask about their own deals, plus any controversial decisions can be appealed etc.

Yeah, the more people we get involved in decision making the better I think. It makes sure no one abuses their position or anything.
