First thing though, should we change a couple of teams around? Juan Zola wants to be Napoli as he knows a lot more on them and we must change Celtic surely. As I can see there are no French teams. PSG maybe instead of Celtic and adjust the budget?

Hero has got a valid point, If you release the entire squad, You will get around £250m, whils if you release PSV, You will barely get £40m

Well Arsenals team isn't worth 400M is it it's worth 300M if you add 270M to 30M. But again though you still get double what PSV is worth which is why we have given PSV double more budget than Arsenal. It will help them. Plus Domestics as well. What if they get some good deals in Domestics where they are selling there average players and getting everyone whilst Arsenal are spending cash from Domestics for no better than what they already have? Then who looks more likely the stronger team going into Foreigns? PSV do. It can all change through transfers. Not what you start with. So if teams like Arsenal do release players yes they get more money but then again that is for teams like PSV to snap them up and improve. It will take more than 1 Foreign window for you to be as good as the other teams.
