Also, LRF or Fan, what's the situation on loaned players? I had Sergio Canales on the wiki page as loaned to Valencia, but didn't include him in my squad on here. Obviously I can't 'use' him now in my squad but I'm not sure if I was allowed to have him or not?
I think it's just no anyone ridiculous from a league champion.
For example I doubt Aguero or Xabi Alonso would go through.

We've got unlimited enquiries this time, last time there was only 3 so it was natural to go for certs.
most clubs here are bigger/better than Atletico hence Falcao was allowed
Dzeko - Not a regular at City so would clearly join this league as he wil start or should do
Inter players am not so sure about just now
De Rossi is born and bred Roma so i doubt he would leave them
I am not being that strict, am just thinking who really would join the league, you get me

Aguero, playing regularly for English champs, would he leave?
Hummels playing regularly for german champs would he leave?
Look at players situations, I noticed someone say earlier that I signed M'Vila and he was better than De Rossi
well I doubt he is for starters, and he is on the move and quite likely to move from Rennes, PSG are clearly better than Rennes so that transfer in my mind was ok
De Rossi like I said has been linked with many clubs in his career and always stayed faithful to the club he loves, maybe they as good as some here but I will take that ito consideration
