Very good player but no thanks, he is too good to be on our bench and vice versa for brana, we need 1 main right back who plays reguarly and a back up right back, Sagna and Brana are both too good to be back-up players. A young understudy right back would be good though

People seem to not rate him because he doesn't do a Walker and Bosingwa style 100 metre sprint 3 times a game.
It's genuinely infuriates me when opposition fans say Ivanovic is not that good then say the likes of Walker are better because he has a bit more pace

It's because he is much better than their RBs so they don't like to see one of their rivals be stronger than them in a specific position. Though in Tottenham's case it seems to be a recurring thing. Chelsea also have a very good RB so they are less jealous.
