You love him more by burning his shirt

Most LFC fans hold him in disdain. In life, that tends to continue even when a player moves.

It is quite possible that CFC will hold him in disdain one day too

Well we'll see next season, it's his last chance in my opinion but i have full confidence him and there is no other striker i'd want instead of him

I think this is why Drogba had to go this summer if we are to have any chance of really seeing the best from Torres.

We´ve been too over-reliant on Drogba over the years.

I believe that if Torres is made our number 1 striker next season and everyone gets behind him then we will truly see what El Nino is all about .

Don't want an undroppable player

Got a bad feeling that our interest in hulk is that he can cover for Torres if needed.

I wanted to swap FT for Aguero last season and now I want to swap him for Falcao.

Really no other striker?

------------

Nope, don't get me wrong Aguero is an absoulete beast and class act but even he would have struggled in our team the past two seasons and he does miss quite a lot of good chances.

Falcao is an absoulete beast but it also remains to be seen how good he'd be in the premier league, personally i think he'd set it on fire but as i said it remains to be seen.

He is probably the only striker i'd have to think about swapping Torres for. Torres is still one of the best strikers i've seen, well the Liverpool Torres, and he has shown glimpes of that Torres for us, we just need to start getting him involved more in matches.

Fair enough if he misses chances that are their for him on a plate next season then i'll admit his had his day and he'll never be the same but he hasn't even had that many real chances this season, bar the man u miss and a crap shot he done vs qpr i can't recall any bad bad misses.

His also been unlucky in a number of games aswell, Sunderland game that should have been his goal when his scissor kick hit the crossbar and rebounded off Lamps.

Wigan game that should have been his goal when it hit the post.

And i'm sure between septemebr and december last year he had about 3-4 goals ruled out through offside and replays showed 2 of them were actually goals, might have been 3.

The liverpool league game he was unlucky aswell when he hit the crossbar.

He has just had bad luck upon bad luck this season, the Man u miss was also a freak once in a lifetime thing aswell.

He has been unlucky not to have at least a extra 5 goals this season

Post is a miss

Let's get to the nitty gritty. Do you have confidence in him, like I have had with Drogba? It's no good working on a basis of supposition, we need a striker who plays without fear.

I hope I'm wrong about Torres.

Fernando Torres has revealed he might have given up all hope of succeeding at
Chelsea but for the support of the club's fans

And he has revealed that one of the greatest memories of his career was off the field when a substitute at Wolverhampton while the supporters chanted his name
