Seriously? Where are the votes for the CL. The CL is global. The Euros is not.
It's just cause EPL clubs keep winning it isn't it?
True TCD, the EPL league title is probably the biggest crowd pleaser of them all globally
Most people would rather see their club win the Champions League, than their country win the World Cup. Mainly because you care about your club the whole year round, and the country only really play two weeks in October, November and a few times in the summer. And no one really cares about friendlies.
Club football surpassed International Football many years ago.
The Champions League is yearly. The 4 year wait on the Euros makes it a wee bit more special. I am just glad my wee country qualified.
I love the Champs League as well, though it is a bit predictable. The Euros throws up a lot of shocks, Spain won it for the first time ever last time and Greece won it the time before. We also had one of the greatest teams ever France win it in 2000, an over the hill Germany that had no chance in 1996 and Denmark in 1992.
5 different winners in 5 competitions, 2 rank outsiders, 3 of them first time winners. Exciting, anyone in the tournament could, with a wee bit of luck and top play, actually win it.
Good point about it being only 4 years. I just can't get that carried away about England. Maybe I will if they get to the latter stages. I take more pride in one of my teams doing well in the CL.
I know what you want to read
Sounds like you are a glory hunter truey and not a true fan. Maybe I will if they get to the latter stages, is not a statement of a true fan. I am excited right now, living in a foreign country were there is not a huge Irish population locally. Cannot wait though, I feel the exact same as I do when Celtic(My ONLY team) play in Europe.
How many teams do you support again? 7?
Mojie, I am 100% a patriot which I support a few clubs but England I'm less fussed about. I'm sure I'll have my flags out if we get out of the group into the knockout stages when it becomes more exciting
You are 100% a patriot but not fussed about England.
That only makes since if you are not English. If you are, it is a direct contradiction.

Truey sounds like he's on the sauce. Typing gibberish that conradicts his previous comment.
Sounds like a glory hunter
And hard to compare both trophies as one is a club trophy and the other an international.
I'd rather see Celtic win the CL than Scotland win the Euros
