I would say England also have a good manager however I dont see much class in the team other than Hart Cole Gerrard and Rooney when available.
Will that be enough?????

To be honest both could get out the groups though I think England have a better chance.

That will be it though I expect.

I support Scotland and thats it. Just want to see some attacking football with lots of goals Could not care less who wins

If England don't do better than Ireland, it will be amusing. Of course England should do better.

Galvin, don't be so pessimistic. This is England we're talking abou. Three lions and all that. Our route to the Semis is pretty straight forward then probably Germany or Holland

PS For the record, unfortunately I think Ireland will just fall short and struggle to get out of a tough group. England will get to the semis and lose on penalties as per usual

Thing is Irish players are under no pressure whilst England are (as usual) under pressure from the media who love turning the public against them. The real question is who will the media blame if England fail? There always has to be a fall guy... Beckham, Rooney, Pearce etc...

I think England will struggle to get out their group.

Can't see ireland escaping that group, not enough quality.

Parking the bus makes me sad

Was talking to a Polish guy who said his mates are going attacking any English person they see . Crazy bunch those Poles! They wont start on us irish as we have 25k(at least) going! We are invading Poland as revenge for them invading us

Ivan, sad to say I think a large part of our tactics will be to park the bus and break at speed with the likes of Walcott.

Lots of Polish people came up to Dundee for our game against Slask Wroclaw last year.

They had a mini riot.

I like to think they were practicing for this summer.

Thing about Ireland is although we are a VERY limited team we always up a level in big comps! In 02 we played Spain off the park and should've knocked them out..... but bloody Ian Harte missed a penalty

IF Ireland can get out of the group we are set up to be very hard to beat over 90 mins!
