I never bought into the hype for the first 6 months.

I still dont believe he's that good

When you look at who else there is in the league i think he isn't as bad as people are saying
above him i would have
Cole, Baines, Clichy, Evra, Riise
I can't think of many more ...maybe Santon ?

There's hardly any quality LBs at all.

But LFC fans need to stop over-rating him

I dont think so Rap.

He dwells on the ball too much for. Doesnt pass quick enough and tries to dribble too much.

He doesnt time his runs properly and doesnt get back quick enough.

Rodgers needs to do some work on him.

I like santon but it's a bit of same difference in my opinion. I wouldn't go spending any more on him if you can save a bit of money and swap them over then fair play.
If you have the money though i think baines is the one to go for.

If not go abroad and look at Armero from udinese who i personally like.

Just thought Assou Ekoto is also a good full back.

Havent seen that much of Santon but he does have potential. From what i have seen, he's attacking qualities are top notch

Well in the other league I take part in Hodgey's - Enrique is 7M and Santon 6M so I'm going to go with Santon as it saves me a mil at the same time.

Then my toughie - Giroud or Carroll up front? I can't help but like Andy Carroll, I think he's got bags of ability that he just did not show for the first 2/3 of last season - but when he's on it, boy the lad is a hanful and a half.

I like Carroll too, i also like Giroud. On this league i have Holt who is cheap as chips. I think Carroll may be a big player next season ... so i don't know either

I need to check how many I've made today it's either 1 or 2. If I've not made all 3 (I know I haven't) I may just re-sign 1 or 2 as I feel I was a bit rash in getting rid of some in particular just to raise my budget.
