1) You were facing a Southend side, away from home that I consider to be a fair bit stronger than yours - and perhaps therefore, you should be happy with a point.
2) I did feel that you were perhaps a little bit ambitious/overly attacking in you tactics, and that the bombing forwards instructions you'd given Florenzi could leave you exposed
3) The way tactics were written/laid out was very good, with each player having a clear attacking and defending role outlined, however you perhaps didn't explicitally target opposition weaknesses enough.
4) No mention of subs/tactical changes according to how the game was going?
5) The layout of your team was very good, and the squad improvements you've made over the weekend will only have helped this.
