I want HR out, but if Moyes is the only option id rather we let Ledley King Manage.

Put it this way, i would trust Moyes with a large transfer budget than i would Harry. Moyes has a fantastic eye for players where as Harry thinks Joe cole and Rio ferdinand are "triffic"

Harry Reknapp!

If he is sacked then it would be pathetic

Moyes is more likely going to become the United manager, so I doubt he will go to you.

It would be quite exciting if he got sacked, but I dont fancy seeing Moyes leading the team out every saturday tbh.

Moyes may be herladed as some sort of Messiah by Fleet Street but if you listen to the phone ins on our local radio station - the Evertonians moan about his tactics and football

Moyes at United? I've seen that mentioned before. I think its outrageous how this guy, who let's face it has won sweet f all in his time, is being linked with one of the biggest jobs in football. It's a farce. Mourinho or Moyes? No brainer for me. I think Tottenham would be gambling to give him a shot, but at Spurs the gamble would pay off. I do think Spurs should go for some one with a bit more European prowess though. Rafa Benitez springs to mind.

Moyes has done an amazing job at Everton on extremely limited budget. Just because he hasn't won anything doesn't mean he is a bad manager.

He fits the United job well. He has bought some absolute gem of players (imagine what he could do with our budget), he brings many youth players through and is similar to SAF: strict, discipline etc.

I personally wouldn't want Mourinho. He will only be here for the short term, he doesn't care about youth players, leaves an overaged squad and spends alot of money.

When SAF retires we need stability and a long term plan. Moyes is more suited to that

Harry is at his best when he has little to spend. He did a great job at West Ham on the usual shoe-string budget. But as soon as he was given money to spend (from selling Rio to Leeds for £18m), he got a bit lost.

I understand about the long term plan, I really do. But after SAF goes we need instantish success, otherwise we could be waiting a long time. Maybe Guardiola is the man we need at United then to oversee a longterm project. I am not saying Moyes is a bad manager. Not by any means. I rate Moyes and think he is a fantastic manager, and gets the best out of his players and his budget etc. But he has had some failings too. Never won at Anfield. Diniyar Bilyaletdinov. Jermaine Beckford. I just think maybe even if he went to Spurs and did something there for a season or two that could get him more prowess for the United job. Right now, Moyes is a massive no - no for me.

Well Spurs are United's feeder club so if anything it makes it more likely he will go to Spurs.

Well as a "new" member we will just have to take your word on that.

Stocky has to be the biggest bute on the whole of 606
he simply goes on a thread to talk rubbish and take a swipe at someone.

1. the problem is he always gets made to look like a fool every time he raises his head
2. he is never funny
3. he never has a point
4 . he is a 606 rookie trying to take on 606 egends like the great Metropolis or TVJ - this will end up in tears for him every time

OP "I think it is a step up for Moyes"

---------------------------

In what sense? spurs have been one of the biggest spenders in premiership history. Everton have spent nowhere near as much as Everton and have both had practically the same amount of success in the last 20 years. Also, both clubs have been around the same position for the last 5 years and it aint as tho spurs have been challenging for the title!

I'll have you know Spurs are one of the best teams in Europe - if you don't believe me then just listen to their fans on here.

They'll believe anything that Fleet street tells them.

This is to Metro and Verbal, becausewe all know you are as one.

Just because fans moan about their managers tactics, doesn't mean we don't rate them, and yes, I do moan when we play one up front, but only when it fails to get results (I'm fickle, shoot me).SOS don't agree with some of things your board has done,do they speak for you? What I'm getting at is,just because a few fans complain about Moyes's reign, doesn't mean they speak for all of us. What's your obsession with Fleet street? Just beacuse they've got fook all good to say about your club, doesn't mean what they say about other teams isn't right.Ferguson claimed Spurs played the best football in the prem, but what does he know?Moyes was voted the best Manager by his peers three times, but what do they know? I'll tell you what they know, they know a fooking lot more than you you halfwit
